30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid tiers (Scholar and Master). If you are not satisfied with the course content for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods within 30 days of your purchase:

• Post in the community forum with your request
• Email us at [email protected]
• Include your account email and approximate purchase date

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a Refund

Upon processing a refund, your account will be reverted to the Explorer (free) tier. You will retain access to Module 1, the Peptide Library, and the Reconstitution Calculator. Your learning progress data will be preserved in case you decide to re-enroll in the future.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., completing the entire course and immediately requesting a refund, or requesting multiple refunds across different accounts).

Promo Code Purchases

If you received free access through a promo code or creator invite, no refund is applicable as no payment was made. If you received a discounted price through a promo code, the refund amount will be the actual amount charged.
